Mr. Muhammad Shozib is a young visionary educator who believes investing/ working on humans is far more rudimentary than working on machines. Owing to his disenchantment towards ineffective teaching practices, he fearlessly abandoned his thriving career in Computer sciences and formally pursued MA in Educational Psychology to deep dive into researching the process of learning, and teaching.
With cumulative experience of 5+ years, he serves as Board member of The Set School involved actively in school oversight responsibilities. He innovatively launched concepts of Peer Support System, Focused Group counseling/ mentoring, Assessment Matrix at 4 different schools that produced extremely encouraging outcome in improving students’ performance and self-efficacy.
His research interest includes Behavioral Sciences, Character Education and intervention of
Positive psychology in classrooms and regularly train teachers on Lesson Planning, Building
Psychology to Classroom management, How the Brain Learning, etc.
